Job Details

This on-site Project Manager role will oversee one of our current projects in OH, PA, or TN. Travel or temporary relocation will be required through the duration of the 2-3 year project. Current projects include a data center project in Louisiana, a healthcare project in Columbus, OH, and other misc projects in OH, PA, and TN. The assigned project will be determined based on the candidate experience and location. We do very large projects with $100M-$500M+ mechanical scope.

Responsibilities:
  • Safety (10%): Manage safety compliance by performing site walkthroughs and ensuring all safety requirements are upheld.
  • Scope (20-30%): Review, organize, and distribute contract documents and track RFIs, ensuring effective communication with the project team.
  • Schedule (20%): Provide schedule input and develop work plans to support the overall project schedule while managing labor requirements.
  • Cost (30%): Coordinate project estimates with suppliers and subcontractors, manage financial tracking, and ensure timely project billings.
  • Relationships & Sales (15%): Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, supporting sales growth and the communication of company capabilities.
  • Other Tasks & Duties (5%): Complete additional tasks as necessary based on project-specific conditions or directives.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of construction project management experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required), Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Construction Management (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design techniques, tools, and principles. Knowledge of business administration and management principles, customer relations, business development, and legal aspects of the construction industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Estimating Software, and Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, MS SharePoint, ProCore).
  • Ability to travel and work on-site at project locations.
