We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Project Manager to join our growing team in the Construction industry. This exciting role focuses on ground-up self-storage design build projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial construction, design-build, self storage, industrial, warehouse, cold storage, and office projects. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of ground-up self-storage design and build construction projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to the project team.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager in the Construction industry.
  • Proven experience in self-storage construction, commercial projects, design-build, industrial, warehouse, cold storage, and office projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software.
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
