Requirements

Experience: 5 + years in construction project management, with a track record of leading builds from pre-construction through closeout.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Skills:

Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to build and manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.

Experience with project documentation tracking and quality control.

Comfortable negotiating contracts and working closely with clients, design teams, and field staff.

Market Knowledge: Experience in sectors such as healthcare, higher education, K-12, industrial, or similar markets is a strong plus.

Travel: Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
