Job Details
5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
Experience managing retail or similar fast-paced project types preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required
Background in construction estimating and preconstruction processes
Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project execution
Proficiency with tools like Procore, Excel, MS Project, or similar platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High sense of urgency and ownership mentality
Willingness to travel as needed
