Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution in terms of budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to apply their leadership and organizational skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing commercial construction projects, with strong expertise in budgeting, contract administration, scheduling, and client coordination. Our markets include private/commercial projects within medical, education, hospitality, and retail sectors. The Project Manager will work closely with Superintendents, Estimators, Owners, and design teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead all phases of the project lifecycle from preconstruction through project closeout.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
Oversee contract administration, change order management, and subcontractor agreements.
Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals.
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
Manage subcontractor performance and ensure scope alignment.
Lead project meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction Project Management.
Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and contract administration.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Procore experience preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
