We are seeking an experienced Permanent Project Manager for Commercial Construction, Ground Up, Tenant Improvements, and Renovations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on a wide variety of commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and bidding to project completion and handover. This includes managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including Ground Up, Tenant Improvements (TI), and Renovations.
2. Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
4. Prepare and manage project budgets and financial reports.
5. Conduct project bidding, estimating, and value engineering processes.
6. Use Procore or equivalent construction management software to manage project documentation and communication.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
8. Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
9. Conduct regular project reviews and updates to stakeholders.
10. Foster a culture of safety and quality on all projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the commercial construction industry.
3. Proven experience managing Ground Up, TI, and Renovation projects.
4. Experience in a variety of sectors, including Office, Corporate Office, Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Industrial, Retail, and Restaurant.
5. Proficient in Procore or equivalent construction management software.
6. Strong skills in project scheduling, estimating, bidding, and value engineering.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage project risks and issues.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Strong commitment to safety and quality.
11. Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Construction Management are a plus.
