The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for managing and directing the project team by providing the communication, coordination and follow-up necessary to deliver a project on time and budget.

Description

  • Oversee a portfolio of construction projects from early planning through final turnover, ensuring milestones, timelines, and financial targets are met
  • Partner with the Pre‑Construction team to review project scope, support estimating transitions, and manage procurement activities
  • Build and regularly update comprehensive CPM project schedules, anticipating challenges and proactively implementing solutions
  • Track project financials, monitor performance against budget, and manage all change management processes
  • Strategically assign project resources and apply forward‑looking risk management practices
  • Maintain strong quality assurance processes in collaboration with field leadership and site teams
  • Foster productive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and all project partners
  • Lead recurring Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and deliver clear, thorough updates on project status
  • Maintain organized documentation, ensuring transparency and effective communication across all stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure all job sites follow company and regulatory safety standards
  • Provide guidance and support to project team members while pursuing continuous professional growth
  • Represent and uphold the organization's core values in daily decision‑making and interactions

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or related field, plus 5-10 years of construction project management experience
  • Successful history of managing commercial construction projects from concept to completion
  • Skilled at overseeing multiple jobs simultaneously, with proven ability to control budgets, schedules, and quality outcomes
  • Experience working on complex project types requiring advanced knowledge of building codes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Proficient with modern construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, BuildingConnected)
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities with exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Highly driven professional who performs well in dynamic environments and demonstrates strong interpersonal awareness
  • Effective team leader capable of delegating, resolving challenges, and motivating teams toward high‑performance results
  • Deep commitment to jobsite safety and quality control, with thorough understanding of construction standards
