Project Manager

Pay Rate: $90/hour

• Hybrid work model
• Locations: Iselin, Chicago, Charlotte
• Lead cross-functional projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• 5-7 years of project management experience required

• Plan, execute, and close projects while managing scope, timeline, budget, and resources
• Lead project teams and facilitate stakeholder communication
• Ensure alignment with business objectives
• Select and apply effective methodologies for each project's requirements
• Develop comprehensive project plans and maintain documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks, track progress using appropriate tools and metrics
• Act as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables
• Manage change requests and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with external vendors and third-party partners
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract deliverables
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and facilitate vendor resource integration

• PMP/RTE or equivalent certification
• 5-7 years of project management experience
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects
• Experience coordinating and managing vendor relationships and third-party deliverables
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to present findings to senior leadership

• PMP, RTE, CAPM, CSM, or similar certification
• Experience in the financial services/asset management industry
• Familiarity with capacity planning, scoping, and resource allocation
• Experience with vendor management
