Summary:
- Location: Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:
- Direct complex IT projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop integrated project plans, resource plans, and related project management artifacts.
- Manage financial forecasts, budget variances, and scope change requests.
- Foster partnerships with stakeholders and sponsors to define success criteria and metrics.
- Facilitate operational checkpoint activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assess and resolve high-priority project risks.
- Ensure projects adhere to company methodology compliance standards.
- Update stakeholders on project status and publish professional status reports.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to brief key stakeholders on various aspects of initiatives.
- Represent the project in governance and inter-departmental forums.
- Define and track project milestones while maintaining an integrated delivery plan.
- Ensure projects meet success parameters and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure realistic and reliable resource plans across the project.
- Identify and manage requirements, risks, decisions, and issues, and escalate as appropriate.
- Partner with program management for contributions to overall reporting and status.

- Proficient with MS Teams.
- Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, and organized.
- PMP and Agile certifications.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10 years of project management experience in IT projects, especially global deployments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading IT CPQ implementations.
- Prosci certified change practitioner.
