Description
- Manage commercial projects typically ranging from $20-30M across healthcare, K‑12, high‑end commercial upfits, and light industrial
- Lead all standard PM responsibilities, including RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Work closely with Superintendents, APMs, and field staff in a lean project team structure
- Oversee project documentation, quality, safety, and client communication
- Support preconstruction efforts and ensure successful project delivery through completion
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-8 years of PM experience (APM + PM combined) OR strong APMs with 3+ years and proven PM responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise with RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, and full project management lifecycle
- Background in commercial construction: K‑12, corporate upfits, MOBs, light industrial, or general commercial
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects in a lean team structure
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from USD 120.000 to 130.000 annually.
- Bonus-heavy compensation model with project-based payouts
