Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain) for project execution.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues specific to manufacturing environments.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication and reporting to all project stakeholders.
• Oversee the successful implementation of new products, processes, or equipment into production.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing context
• Experience managing projects involving automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Familiarity with CAD software or manufacturing design principles
