Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for production projects.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those impacting manufacturing operations and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, performance, and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and quality specifications.
• Oversee the successful implementation and commissioning of new equipment, processes, or product lines.
• Communicate project status, issues, and changes effectively to all stakeholders, including plant leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving manufacturing processes, new product introductions, or facility upgrades.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality control principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems implementation or optimization in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
