Our client specializes in hospitality, healthcare, and commercial projects. They are looking to add a talented and motivated Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience to join their team and help take the firm to the next level.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is excited to be part of a team that values creativity, accountability, and high-quality design.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage projects from concept through construction administration
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
* Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
* Mentor and guide junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
* Ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained throughout project development
* Participate in client presentations and project meetings
* Travel as needed for project coordination, client engagement, and site visits (including overnight travel)
Requirements:
* 10-15 years of professional experience in architecture or related field
* Experience with hospitality, healthcare, and/or commercial projects
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
* Willingness and ability to travel for project needs, including overnight stays
