Project Manager

Our clientis seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from order intake through commissioning.
Drug test is required

-This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Production, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate project progression from order intake to commissioning
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal production teams
• Monitor project budgets and track expenditures
• Participate in project milestone and production meetings
• Lead final inspections and intermediate quality checks
• Develop and maintain project schedules, reports, and checklists
• Coordinate with:
  • Electrical engineers forcontrols/instrumentation requirements
  • Mechanical engineers for mechanical specifications
• Follow up with clients regarding project status and invoicing
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing projects, production programs, or technical teams
• Strong technical aptitude, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Associates Degree or Higher)
• Experience with industrial machinery equipment
• Familiarity with municipal or government contracts
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
• Background in engineering or manufacturing
• Contract(with benefits) to hire arrangement already in place.

• Pay rate - $45/hr to $50/hr
