Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Anti-Fraud Platforms to lead complex initiatives within a regulatory and data-driven banking environment. This role focuses on delivering high-impact anti-fraud solutions while coordinating across business, technology, and compliance stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of project management experience, strong regulatory exposure, and a proven ability to manage delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies in large financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of anti-fraud and regulatory-focused projects
- Attend and facilitate regular project meetings to review progress, risks, and dependencies
- Conduct ongoing status follow-ups, ensuring milestones and deliverables remain on track
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including data, technology, regulatory, and business teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, governance standards, and internal controls
- Track and manage work using Jira and Confluence
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of overall project management experience
- Strong background in regulatory projects, data initiatives, modeling, and stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Proven delivery experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in large financial services or banking environments
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Clarity (project portfolio management tool)
Additional Skills:
- Strong risk management and reporting capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Executive-level stakeholder engagement
