Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and activities to ensure efficient project execution within the manufacturing environment.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues specific to production operations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness for manufacturing initiatives.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and safety requirements.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant stakeholders, including senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP) or MES systems
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or ISO standards
