Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for manufacturing initiatives.
• Oversee the execution of manufacturing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to production, supply chain, and new product introduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality, supply chain) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to key stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor project changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication across all relevant departments.
• Ensure all manufacturing projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or strong knowledge of PM methodologies.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency with project management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) implementation or optimization projects.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or industrial automation technologies.
• Prior experience in a quality assurance or engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
