Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple large-scale multifamily and high-rise projects. This individual will be responsible for overall project success—from preconstruction through turnover—while driving financial performance, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale multifamily/high-rise projects.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Superintendents.
- Maintain ultimate responsibility for project financial performance, cost controls, and forecasting.
- Partner with preconstruction teams on budgeting, constructability reviews, and project planning.
- Serve as senior client-facing representative, building long-term, repeat business relationships.
- Ensure consistent execution of safety, quality control, and risk management standards.
- Oversee contract strategy, buyout approach, and major change order negotiations.
- Drive accountability across schedules, staffing plans, and project delivery benchmarks.
- Identify and resolve high-level issues before they impact cost, schedule, or client trust.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience with significant multifamily/high-rise exposure.
- Proven leadership at the Project Executive or Senior Project Director level.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large project portfolios.
- Deep understanding of contracts, delivery methods, and complex urban construction.
- Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and operate at both strategic and field levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and decision-making skills.
