Job Details
We’re seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final delivery. As a big-picture leader, you’ll be responsible for driving project performance, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring excellence across safety, schedule, quality, and financial results.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee project teams, budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
Drive client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact
Partner with preconstruction on estimating, bid strategy, and risk management
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals
Manage contracts, change orders, forecasting, and cost controls
Mentor and develop project managers, superintendents, and field teams
Collaborate with internal leadership to support business and operational goals
