We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead complex commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles area. This role is responsible for executive oversight of multiple projects, strategic leadership of project teams, and direct collaboration with ownership to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction. Healthcare experience is highly valued.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
• Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial and healthcare construction projects
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and preconstruction teams
• Drive project financial performance, scheduling, risk management, and quality control
• Partner with owners, architects, and consultants to maintain strong client relationships
• Support preconstruction strategy, budgeting, and project pursuits
• Ensure compliance with safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction leadership
• Proven experience overseeing large, complex projects (healthcare strongly preferred)
• Strong background in project financials, contracts, and executive reporting
• Ability to lead teams, manage risk, and communicate effectively at all levels
Experience working with Southern California building codes and jurisdictions
