The OpportunityWe are looking for a compassionate, organized, and relationship-driven Account Coordinator to guide clients through their home transition journey.
In this role, you'll meet directly with clients-often seniors and their families-in their homes, helping them make important decisions with clarity, empathy, and confidence. You'll act as a trusted advisor, combining consultative sales, project coordination, and customer care to deliver an exceptional experience.
What You'll Do- Meet with clients in their homes to understand their moving and downsizing needs
- Provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations based on each client's situation
- Clearly explain our white-glove, end-to-end transition services
- Develop customized solutions including:
- Downsizing and furniture transitions
- Storage and warehousing options
- Full-service moving coordination
- Complete home setup at the new residence
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire process
- Follow up after the move to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and referral partners
- Help generate referrals and positive client experiences
- Naturally empathetic, patient, and people-focused
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines
- Comfortable working in a consultative, client-facing role
- Able to balance sales, coordination, and customer service
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

- Base salary + commission after training
- Expected total compensation: $60,000+ annually
- Based out of Marietta, GA office (HQ in Peachtree Corners)
