Title: Project coordinator

Salary Range: $16 - $17

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least one year of experience with Client Office or Google Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or related experience
• Experience in a collaborative work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supporting departments to execute daily processes and operations
• Identify trends and defects to develop process improvements
• Adhere to processing deadlines and escalate situations appropriately
