Join Our Dynamic Team as a dedicated Project Coordinator III to play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our cutting-edge research environment. This position provides essential support to four full-time staff members, ensuring the laboratory and campus facilities function seamlessly, fostering an efficient and safe workspace.
Responsibilities:
- General Site Support Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving of packages and mail
- Furniture Installation
- Large debris clean up (such as boxes and packaging) as needed
- Onboarding / offboarding staff:
- Parking
- Site Access
- Interface with the following XFN Partners:
- Caltech Facilities and building managers
- Caltech Security and Security
- General site safety
- Organize team social events and resource snacks/coffee for the site as needed
- General Lab Management Support Responsibilities:
- Organization and maintenance of 2 lab spaces
- Procurement of lab equipment
- Shipping lab equipment to and from Burlingame
- Lab Safety
- PM Support:
- Budget Tracking
- Purchase Orders
- NDAs
- Project Planning
- RFP Support:
- Gift Program Coordination
- Internal RFPs
- Vendor RFPs
- SRA Calls

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
