Job Details
  • Support with day-to-day project administration and workflow coordination
  • Prepare, track, and manage submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and project documents
  • Maintain project schedules, job logs, and material delivery timelines
  • Serve as a communication hub between internal teams, field staff, vendors, and clients
  • Assist with compliance, safety documentation, and closeout packages
  • Ensure accurate, timely documentation for billing, cost tracking, and reporting
  • Provide general office/project support where needed to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring
  • 2+ years in construction project support (roofing preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Experience with project management or construction admin software
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, detail-driven approach
  • Ability to work onsite in the Anaheim office Monday–Friday
