Location: Buford, Georgia (Local candidates only - Buford, Suwanee, Dacula, Sugar Hill, Flowery Branch, Lawrenceville, Johns Creek, Duluth, Cumming, Alpharetta)

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Project Coordinator to support daily operations for Aaron Overhead Garage Doors and affiliated companies. This role is critical to keeping projects on track, crews coordinated, and customers informed.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of tasks with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

You will report directly to the Manager and leadership team, playing a key role in coordinating service and installation projects while ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules for technicians and installation crews across multiple job sites
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling issues
- Track project progress, ensuring timelines, materials, and labor align with expectations
- Work within systems such as Housecall Pro, FieldPulse, or similar to manage jobs and workflows
- Order and track materials, ensuring availability for upcoming jobs
- Assist with job costing, invoicing preparation, and closing out completed projects
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities, notes, and communications
- Support team with administrative tasks and operational coordination as needed
- Identify and resolve scheduling or operational bottlenecks proactively
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and communication
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Dispatcher, or Administrative role (construction, home services, or field services preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and internal coordination)
- Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or dispatch platforms (Housecall Pro, FieldPulse, ServiceTitan, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt quickly to changing schedules
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Local to the Buford area and familiar with surrounding cities
