The project coordinator may be responsible for:
- scheduling meetings which will include public and external partners,
- managing calendars,
- coordinating onboarding for new workforce members,
- taking meeting minutes,
- updating decision or action logs,
- sending email memorandums, which include public and external partners,
- monitoring the Program inbox, and
- tracking assignments.

- Meeting preparation (5 years)
- Workforce onboarding support (5 years)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with State and Federal government structure
- Familiarity with federal grant management terminology
- Microsoft Office Suite fluent, including Teams, Planner, Lists, SharePoint, Visio, Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word
The base range for this contract position is $25 – $35 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors.
