Key Responsibilities for the Project Contracts Manager:
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements
• Manage contractual risk, compliance, and change orders across active projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract‑related matters
• Partner with project managers to support contract execution
• Lead and support contracts administration staff
• 3-5+ years of experience managing and negotiating construction contracts
• Proven experience drafting contracts from start to finish preferred
