Salary Range: $58,240 – $74,880 DOE

Overview of the Project Billing Specialist role:

• Manage project billing across multiple service lines, ensuring accuracy and timely invoice submission
• Prepare invoices by reviewing purchase orders, billing worksheets, and supporting documentation
• Partner with project managers and internal teams to confirm billing terms and resolve discrepancies
• Generate invoices aligned with contracts, scopes of work, and customer requirements
• Maintain organized, audit-ready billing records using Spectrum software and Excel

Qualifications for the Project Billing Specialist:

• Experience in project billing or project accounting, preferably in construction or field services
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Spectrum experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
