About the Role
The Project Architect will lead complex projects from concept through construction, ensuring designs meet the highest technical and aesthetic standards. Working closely with engineers, consultants, and internal teams, youll manage production, coordination, and quality for large-scale, detail-intensive projects. Youll also mentor emerging designers, contribute to studio standards, and have a clear path toward leadership within the firms Dallas office.
What Youll Do
- Lead design and technical documentation for industrial, warehouse, data center, and mission-critical projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and constructability
- Oversee code compliance, specifications, and quality assurance throughout project phases
- Conduct site observations and manage construction administration for assigned projects
- Mentor junior staff and help grow the technical expertise of the team
- Contribute to internal best practices and continuous process improvement
What You Bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Architectural license (or active pursuit of licensure)
- 5+ years of professional experience, including exposure to technical project types such as industrial, warehouse, or mission-critical facilities
- Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of building systems
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A desire to advance into a leadership role in the Dallas technical project division
