Summary

We are seeking a licensed Architect III with significant project responsibility to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This role involves planning and developing projects of medium to large scope with minimal supervision. You may oversee a large staff of architects and technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments.
  • Plan and develop architectural projects with unique or complex challenges impacting major company programs.
  • Explore subject areas, define scope, select items for investigation, and develop client concepts and methods.
  • Participate in conceptual design and provide full support throughout the entire project.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on specialized systems and liaise with project management, other architects, and consultants.
  • Develop and represent the lead technical viewpoint on projects.
  • Coordinate with the Director and Department Head on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
  • Differentiating project size from the senior level.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in architecture.
  • At least eight years of related experience.
  • Experience with healthcare design is required.
