Job Description

We are looking for a Project Analyst to lead analytical and process improvement projects as part of the Customer Care Organization's Center of Excellence team. This position will be Full-Time and Hybrid (Harrisburg, PA), with potential for one day per week in the office depending on business needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead analytical projects or process improvement initiatives across sales, marketing, customer service, or data analysis.

  • Review government-rated orders (March–February cycle) for applicable FAR/DFAR clauses; tag, summarize, and document obligations.

  • Interpret contractual requirements with Legal/Compliance and advise internal stakeholders on liability exposure.

  • Assess and communicate potential duty-free entry and tariff-related risks to leadership; maintain dashboards and reporting.

  • Support development of future state Duty-Free Entry processes, internal controls, and compliance documentation.

  • Track, report, and assist with reconciliation of tariff charges; partner with Accounts Receivable on outstanding or unpaid tariffs in SAP.

  • Contribute to audits, collections support, and process improvements across documentation, clause identification, and reporting workflows.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, complex formulas, and chart generation)

  • Background with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP Business Intelligence

  • Proficient understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Six Sigma)

  • Self-starter with analytical skills and high initiative; strong ownership mindset

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially for repetitive review work

  • Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to communicate upwards

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze contractual and legal documentation

  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • Some AI knowledge and ability to write prompts

  • Ability to create pivot tables, graphs, charts, and work with/manipulate data sets

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

  • Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings

$37.00 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
