We’re partnering with a stable, well-established company with over 100 years of success to add a Project Administrative Coordinator to their Installation team.
This is a hands-on administrative support role focused on project paperwork, coordination, and communication. You’ll be supporting projects behind the scenes — not managing or designing them.

What you’ll do:

  • Process incoming jobs from Sales
  • Review and enter contracts, commission terms, and job details
  • Coordinate documentation (COIs, AutoCAD files, project paperwork)
  • Assist with project setup and approvals
  • Organize supporting documents (prevailing wage, OCIP, discounts, etc.)
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Arrange travel and track expenses
  • Maintain reports, lists, and internal procedures


What they’re looking for:
  • Recent experience in project support, administrative, or operations support
  • Experience supporting construction, installation, or technical projects
  • Strong organization in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Comfortable working with contracts, documentation, and job setup
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
