What You’ll Do
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
- Prepare financial reports and conduct variance analysis
- Process invoices, monitor contract compliance, and support draw requests
- Assist with audits, funding submissions, and regulatory documentation

- Experience with project accounting (real estate, construction, or development a plus)
