Project Accountant

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Project Accountant to help them provide exceptional accounting support to their project team at their Charlotte, NC office.

Your Day Includes

• Reviewing budgets, staffing, work plans, and fee structures
• Providing timely financial reports, budgets, and project forecasts to project managers and clients
• Preparing pre-billing reports for project managers' review
• Issuing invoices, purchase orders, and processing bills for consultants, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and manage general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Ensuring steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices promptly
• Updating contracts based on client requirements and reporting associated budget amendments

Must Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or similar field
• Proficiency in DelTek Vision
• 2-5 years of experience as a project accountant or similar role
