Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Programmer Analyst to design, develop, implement, and maintain software applications that meet business needs. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical solutions, playing a dual role as a programmer and analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Design, code, test, and debug programs based on user requirements using languages such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, or others.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to gather and define application needs.

  • Modify and enhance existing software to improve performance, add new features, or meet new business needs.

  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, system specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in a timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards, coding best practices, and project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Programmer Analyst, Software Developer, or similar role.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, SQL, or JavaScript.

  • Experience with database systems like Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.

  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Understanding of data modeling and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of system integration and API development.

  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based or hybrid remote environment.

  • Occasional after-hours support may be required.

  • May involve collaboration with international teams across time zones.
