Responsibilities:
Training Coordinator (Approximately 35% of the time):
* Perform functions of HRMIS Session Coordinator; facilitate training class enrollments, class attendance, rosters, and cancellations as well as manage waitlists.
* Partner with JTT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training needs.
* Create, maintain and distribute PSC training calendar and PSC course catalog.
* Maintain office supply stock for classrooms and laboratory spaces.
* Proactively address preliminary requirements for upcoming courses, such as:
* Notification to instructors of deadlines for materials ordering, equipment scheduling, room reservations, and print shop submissions; and
* Communication of course prerequisites and equipment required for participants.
* Verify appropriate class materials are in order and ready for use in training classes.
* Coordinate scheduling of internal or external subject matter experts and guest speakers to deliver training.
* Assist with training equipment acquisition, to ensure students have proper equipment for lab exercises.
* Create and maintain enrollment information logs for each course session and communicate status to SMEs.
* Prepare, distribute, and compile training evaluations. Report on training results, as needed.
* Create and distribute training completion certificates.
* Coordinate facilities and janitorial services at the conclusion of multi-day classes as needed.
* Generate reports, analyze trends and data in training programs, and provide recommendations and feedback to instructors and JTT supervisor as requested. Facilitate improvements in overall training program.
* Create and maintain Standard Operations Procedures for training coordinator tasks.
SharePoint Administrator (Approximately 35% of the time):
* Act as JTT SharePoint site owner:
* Establish, maintain, and administer organization, team, and other meeting/project sites.
* Set up document repositories, calendars, workspaces, and tracking lists.
* Maintain content and permissions.
* Maintain or create document libraries such as PSC Standards and Guides, Alerts and Notices, and Training Calendar.
