Location: Vancouver, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 12-month Contract (with possible extensions up to 5 years)
Pay Range: $32.00 $35.00 per hour
Provides coordination and control support for organizational programs. Coordinates and assists managers and other assigned personnel by creating documentation and operating procedures for assigned programs. Provides analysis, data entry, tracking and monitoring of assigned programs.
Position Responsibilities:
" Coordinator for program documentation.
" Coordinates planning and scheduling in support of assigned programs as requested by the Manager.
" Collaborates with other departments as necessary to meet program requirements.
" Assists Manager with developing and implementing technical tools to support assigned programs.
" Produces and maintains documents, reports, spreadsheets, and graphics; prioritizes tasks and anticipates program needs.
" Conducts and/or supports the compilation and analysis of technical source data necessary for program development.
" Coordinates program activities, which may include establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, and providing guidance.
" Works closely with Manager, providing tracking and research for assigned programs.
" May provide some technical guidance to less experienced program or administrative personnel.
Position Requirements:
Education & Corresponding Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or closely related field is preferred.
- With a Bachelor's Degree in applicable fields, 1 of experience is required.
- With an Associate's Degree in applicable fields, 3 years of experience is required.
- Without a degree, 5 years of experience is required.
- Experience should include demonstrated proficiency with invoice payment applications, accounts payable, financial operations, procurement support, or a related administrative role focusing on invoice processing and compliance.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Intermediate level skills with Excel, specifically with data handling and management
- Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex payment and invoice discrepancies and system issues.
- Knowledge of and experience in applying federal payment regulations, including the Prompt Payment Act (PPA)
