Therole is accountable for program outcomes during major network transitions ,including CMMS implementations or migrations, operating model changes, andscale events.
This position is part ofCBRE’s GIS Program Management function and represents a key leadership rolewithin a strategic growth and platform‑enablement initiative .
What You’ll Do
Program Leadership& Delivery
+ Lead large, complex, cross‑functional fleet programs from concept through pilot, network transition, scale, and steady‑state operations using formal program management and governance frameworks.
+ Own integrated program plans across multiple workstreams including CMMS configuration, inventory management, operations, field services, technology, analytics, finance, legal, and partners .
+ Actively manage interdependencies, risks, and issues—particularly those related to system readiness, data integrity, and inventory availability —to maintain delivery commitments.
CMMS & SystemsEnablement
+ Serve as a program‑level owner for CMMS enablement , ensuring work order workflows, asset hierarchies, data standards, and reporting structures support scalable fleet operations.
+ Partner with technology and operations teams to translate operational requirements into deployable CMMS configurations and system enhancements .
+ Ensure CMMS platforms are effectively integrated with inventory, vendor, and financial systems to support end‑to‑end visibility and control.
Inventory Management& Parts Availability
+ Lead programs that define and implement inventory management models supporting fleet maintenance and field execution at scale.
+ Drive clarity and consistency around parts stocking strategies, replenishment models, consumption tracking, and inventory governance .
+ Ensure inventory processes and data support uptime targets, cost control, audit readiness, and operational efficiency .
Operating Model Design& Scale Enablement
+ Partner with functional leaders to design and operationalize scalable fleet service delivery models , including maintenance, inspections, retrofits, and mobile field services.
+ Convert pilot programs into standardized, repeatable solutions supported by defined workflows, SOPs, CMMS standards, inventory processes, governance models, and performance metrics.
+ Drive clarity around roles, decision rights, handoffs, and system ownership across internal teams and external partners.
Major NetworkTransitions
+ Lead fleet programs through major network transitions , including CMMS implementations or migrations, vendor changes, geographic expansion, and volume scale events.
+ Establish transition plans, cutover milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and success metrics to ensure continuity of service during change .
+ Coordinate across operations, technology, and partners to ensure readiness across people, process, systems, and inventory .
Standards, Governance& Reporting
+ Create and implement enterprise standards for fleet operations, CMMS usage, inventory management, reporting, and program governance.
+ Establish and maintain program governance cadence, executive reporting, and performance tracking across scope, schedule, cost, and benefits realization .
+ Partner with finance and operations leaders to support business cases, investment decisions, and ongoing performance optimization .
Continuous Improvement& Innovation
+ Identify structural constraints within fleet, CMMS, and inventory models and design solutions that enable scale without linear cost growth .
+ Apply advanced program management and operational expertise to improve methods, tools, and delivery models .
+ Contribute to the development of new processes, standards, and operating frameworks supporting CBRE’s broader fleet and services strategy.
What You’ll Need
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of experience leading complex, cross‑functional programs in fleet, field services, CMMS, inventory, or operationally intensive environments, equivalent experience will be considered.
+ Proven experience taking programs from pilot through network‑wide scale , including system‑dependent operating models.
+ Strong understanding of CMMS platforms, work order lifecycle, and inventory management concepts (hands‑on configuration not required).
+ Demonstrated ability to lead through major operational and system transitions .
+ Strong people leadership and stakeholder influence skills in high‑visibility, ambiguous environments.
+ Experience working across operations, technology, analytics, and field delivery organizations.
+ PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting.
+ PMO platform experience (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.) preferred.
+ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a standards‑driven, systems‑thinking mindset .
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Sr. Manager - Fleet Solutions position is $160,000.00 annually [or $76.92 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Program Sr. Manager - Fleet Solutions position is $180,000.00 annually [or $86.54 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
