Job Summary:
The Program Manager will lead the US Treasury Clearing Project, overseeing coordination, testing, and delivery across regional and technology teams. This is a senior-level role requiring strong leadership, deep knowledge of treasury and fixed income products, and the ability to manage regulatory implications and cross-functional stakeholders.
The Program Manager will lead the US Treasury Clearing Project, overseeing coordination, testing, and delivery across regional and technology teams. This is a senior-level role requiring strong leadership, deep knowledge of treasury and fixed income products, and the ability to manage regulatory implications and cross-functional stakeholders.
The role involves high stakeholder interaction and leadership within a 10-person core team, operating as part of a larger enterprise initiative. Success will be measured by delivery of key milestones and overall program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the US Treasury Clearing program.
- Coordinate testing activities, perform testing, and document results.
- Partner with the static data team and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Collect and coordinate regional inputs and deliver consolidated updates back to technology teams.
- Provide senior leadership oversight and regulatory awareness related to treasury clearing activities.
- Support reconciliation processes and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
- Assist with testing support across year-long project adjustments.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of program or senior project management experience.
- Experience managing Treasury or Treasury Clearing initiatives.
- Fixed income experience.
- Reconciliation experience.
- Experience coordinating and executing testing cycles.
- Strong leadership experience at a senior or executive level.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Python
- GSCC experience
- Client-facing experience
