Program Manager

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Operations Management
5 Years minimum experience with Program Management for a manufacturing operation
Aerospace manufacturing experience a plus

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager in the Metro Detroit area to lead complex, high‑precision manufacturing programs within our aerospace operations. This role oversees the full lifecycle of customer and internal programs—driving schedule performance, cost control, technical coordination, and risk mitigation across a production environment focused on tight‑tolerance precision gears. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in aerospace or high‑specification machining, a disciplined approach to program execution, and the ability to work seamlessly with engineering, operations, quality, and supply‑chain teams to ensure flawless delivery.

In this role, the Program Manager will serve as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and external customers, maintaining clear communication while protecting sensitive program information. Responsibilities include managing milestone adherence, supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with aerospace and regulatory standards.
