Description

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
  • Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing processes.
  • Support the development of team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
