Program Enrollment Specialist

The goal for Program Enrollment Specialist is to recruit qualified individuals throughout the five boroughs for different EBS program units. The Program Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for developing relationships in the community and with funding sources that will lead to potential program applicants. The person should have strong knowledge of the community resources and media resources for recruitment. The Program Enrollment Specialist will also serve as a liaison between referral sources and EBS, coordinating pre-screening and assessing potential candidates.

• Conduct community outreach to recruit eligible participants for programs

• Explain services and program options to individuals and families

• Screen applicants to determine eligibility for services

• Coordinate enrollment with program managers and service teams

• Maintain enrollment records and track referrals/applications

• Build relationships with community partners and referral agencies

• Schedule intake meetings and assist with application paperwork

• Monitor program capacity and waitlists to fill available slots

• Attend community events and outreach activities to promote programs

• Provide follow-up communication with applicants and families
