Bilingual Program Coordinator (English/Spanish)

- Full-time | $17.50/hr.
System One is hiring a bilingual Program Coordinator to provide administrative and event/planning support for early childhood recruitment efforts and council/committee meetings.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate community recruitment events (scheduling, setup, tracking, follow-up)
- Support meeting logistics (rosters, childcare coordination, materials, minutes support)
- Maintain accurate records/data entry; assist with invoices and basic reporting
- Communicate with families, staff, and community partners in English & Spanish
- Some evening/weekend availability required
What we’re looking for:
- Bilingual Spanish/English (written & verbal) required
- Associate’s degree required
- 2–3 years admin/project coordination experience
- Intermediate–advanced MS Office skills
- Strong organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail
