Job Title: Production Technician - Pharmaceuticals
Location: Paulsboro, NJ
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $26.50
Hours: 5:45am-6:15pm; 2-2-3 12 hour rotating schedule; rotate between days and nights every 4 weeks
Training program Mon-fri 8 hour days for 4 weeks

Responsibilities:
  • Perform safe, cost effective, and timely manufacture of product that is fit for intended use and meets customer requirements and production schedule, in an aseptic environment, gowning in PPE with an air helmet
  • Completes batch records in accordance with FDA and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines
  • Assures all production/support equipment is in proper operating condition and that all production equipment is appropriately documented with current status
  • Mixing, blending, gathering material
  • Lifting 50 lb’s, pushing large reactors
  • Completing GMP documentation
Requirements:
  • HS diploma or BS degree, Chemical Engineering/industrial engineering/mechanical engineering
  • 1-5 years of GMP experience with weighing, blending, granulation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Weights, measuring conversions
  • No facial hair because must wear an air helmet, no claustrophobia, must be willing to wear respirator
