Key Responsibilities for the Production Supervisor:

·Oversee production operations during scheduled shifts

·Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met

·Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals

·Collaborate with the Production Manager on continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum requirements for this Production Supervisor:

·At least a high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field is a huge plus

·At least 2 years of experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment

·Demonstrated leadership aptitude

·Previous team leadership or supervisory experience

·Strong communication and problem-solving skills

·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rotating schedule environment.
