Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring that processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and utilize our MRP system.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers.
- Supervise production team members, including interviewing, hiring, conducting performance appraisals, administering discipline, providing training, documentation, counseling, coaching, promoting teamwork, motivating, supporting, and implementing total productive maintenance (TPM).
- Support machine modifications, including new product process, design, and development.
- Continually evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervision role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with MRP systems.
- Strong vendor and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven exposure to machine modifications, including new product process, design, and development.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of effectively supervising and motivating a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, counsel, and monitor employees.
- Experience in implementing total productive maintenance (TPM).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Must meet ITAR regulations.
