- Lead, train, and mentor production team members to ensure daily production goals are met.
- Oversee workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.
- Troubleshoot equipment challenges and coordinate with maintenance when needed.

Profile
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or production supervisory role.
- Strong background in high-volume production environments (printing, labeling, packaging, or similar industries a plus).
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methods.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site and support operations across multiple shifts as needed.
