Production Supervisor

Description

• • Lead, train, and mentor production team members to ensure daily production goals are met.
  • Oversee workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and company procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and company guidelines.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support team development.
  • Troubleshoot equipment challenges and coordinate with maintenance when needed.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or production supervisory role.
• Strong background in high-volume production environments (printing, labeling, packaging, or similar industries a plus).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methods.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site and support operations across multiple shifts as needed.
