Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards, and performance targets are met
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly production team members
- Monitor line performance and drive productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction
- Coordinate product changeovers and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce all safety policies and procedures; promote a strong safety culture
- Ensure strict adherence to GMPs, HACCP, sanitation standards, and food safety programs
- Participate in safety audits, inspections, and corrective action initiatives
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with Quality Assurance to address product issues and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, yield improvement, and process optimization
- Utilize production metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
