Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities of the assigned team. This role involves managing personnel, daily metrics, and making improvements to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery as part of daily operations. The position requires direct supervision of employees supporting this operation and other assigned areas of the plant. The Production Supervisor reports directly to the Value Stream Manager.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in continuous improvement processes.
+ Knowledge of assembly and lean manufacturing.
+ Ability to lead and coach a production team over multiple duties.
+ Ability to analyze and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Understanding of manufacturing processes.
+ MUST have Bachelors degree (does not have to be in related field).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
