We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual for a Permanent Cleanroom Supervisor role in our dynamic Manufacturing industry. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of innovative professionals dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of production and quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our cleanroom facility, ensuring all procedures are carried out in accordance with industry standards. This role requires a strong leader with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for excellence. With a focus on assembly, precision assembly/disassembly techniques, the Cleanroom Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for superior quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the cleanroom facility, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of cleanroom technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Implement and enforce strict cleanroom protocols, including contamination control and sterilization procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the cleanroom facility.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and reducing waste.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes.
  • Ensure all cleanroom equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Maintain accurate records of all cleanroom activities and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with 3 years in cleanroom experience.
  • Proven experience with assembly and precision assembly/disassembly techniques.
  • ISO Class 5-8
  • Strong knowledge of cleanroom protocols and contamination control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using cleanroom equipment and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
